Five new Executive Fellows for King's Business School
Fellows' expertise and networks will help build new connections with the business community and beyond
King's Business School has appointed five new Executive Fellows to bring their experience, expertise and industry networks to bear on the school’s education, research and thought leadership activities. The new Executive Fellows are drawn from the worlds of fintech, human resources, sustainable fashion and digital marketing and will be building on their existing engagement in the school’s activities. They join the current cohort of 13 Executive Fellows, for a three year term.
The new Executive Fellows are:
James Dale, co-founder & CEO SINE Digital
James is co-founder and CEO of SINE Digital, a leading performance marketing agency in London and New York. It provides digital marketing for live entertainment, working for clients as diverse as Tottenham Hotspur, Yamaha, Royal Ballet & Opera (formerly The Royal Opera House) and major West End and Broadway productions. Before founding SINE Digital, James worked in the music industry as a performer, songwriter, and then as Managing Director of LGM Records.
As an industry partner for the School’s MSc Digital marketing programme, SINE Digital have delivered multiple lectures, hosted hackathons and workshops at King’s Business School and created a successful talent scheme that has already accepted its first King’s graduates.
Dr Jón Egilsson, Chair & co-founder at Monerium
Jón is the chairman and co-founder of Monerium and former chairman of the supervisory board of the Icelandic Central Bank.
In 2016, he co-founded the fintech company Monerium Ltd, with the mission of making digital currency accessible, secure, and simple to transact. The Monerium EURe is the first fully authorized and regulated euro stablecoin.
Jón is an Affiliate Member of the Qatar Centre for Global Banking and Finance, contributing to the Centre’s research on cryptocurrencies, a major and growing area of interest for both the private sector and regulators. He is also a contributor to Forbes.
Mary Fellowes, Sustainability Consultant in the Fashion and Luxury Sectors
With over 25 years at the forefront of luxury, publishing, and fashion across all continents, Mary Fellowes has consistently been a trailblazer. Notable achievements include launching Vogue Turkey, serving as The Economist's first and only Style Editor, and creating the first sustainable red carpet wardrobes for stars like Olivia Colman and Phoebe Waller-Bridge. In 2021, she founded GreenWith Studio, a sustainable innovation consultancy for apparel and textiles, while becoming active in public speaking and thought leadership.
As well as supporting research on circular fashion, GreenWith Studio will continue their partnership with various programmes within the King’s Business School Marketing Department, for youth-focused audience research and growth strategies on a soon to be launched consumer facing sustainability software tool.
Dami Gbadamosi, Head of Inclusion for Fraud Investigation Service, HMRC
Dami Gbadamosi is Head of Inclusion for Fraud Investigation Service, HMRC, where she has been instrumental in driving inclusion initiatives. These initiatives have created an environment where diverse voices are not only heard but celebrated as well as significantly advancing the organisation’s ability to effectively combat fraud.
Dami is a speaker at King’s Business School events on HR issues and has mentored students through the School’s Diversity Mentoring Programme.
Gethin Nadin, the Chief Innovation Officer at Benefex and Zellis
Gethin Nadin is a leading HR practitioner and author with over 20 years of experience in employee experience and workplace wellbeing. Recognised by HR Magazine as one of the most influential HR thinkers, he is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Member of the British Psychological Society.
Currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at Benefex and Zellis, two of the UK's leading providers of employee benefits and payroll solutions, Gethin has also published two bestselling books, 'A World of Good' and 'A Work in Progress,' and writes regularly for multiple HR media outlets. Gethin chairs the Policy Liaison Group on Workplace Wellbeing, convening workplace experts, public bodies and parliamentarians to inform public policy.
Gethin has contributed to teaching on the King’s Business School MSc in Human Resource Management as a guest speaker.
The new Executive Fellows join our current cohort of Executive Fellows working across a range of activities within the Business School and bringing expertise on a range of specialisms including entrepreneurship, finance, healthcare, international trade marketing, policy, private equity and sustainability.
