Biography
Gethin Nadin is a leading HR practitioner and author with over 20 years of experience in employee experience and workplace wellbeing. Recognised by HR Magazine as one of the most influential HR thinkers, he is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Member of the British Psychological Society.
Currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at Benefex and Zellis, two of the UK's leading providers of employee benefits and payroll solutions, Gethin has also published two bestselling books, 'A World of Good' and 'A Work in Progress,' and writes regularly for multiple HR media outlets. Gethin chairs the Policy Liaison Group on Workplace Wellbeing, convening workplace experts, public bodies and parliamentarians to inform public policy.
Gethin has contributed to teaching on the King’s Business School MSc in Human Resource Management as a guest speaker.
The new Executive Fellows join our current cohort of Fellows who are working across a range of activities within the Business School and bringing expertise on a range of specialisms including entrepreneurship, finance, healthcare, international trade marketing, policy, private equity and sustainability.
