King’s is a diverse, inclusive community that values every voice. Our goal is to ensure you feel a sense of belonging wherever you are at King’s, and that you’re able to be your authentic self.

Our Belonging & Engagement (BE) team can help you with initiatives that help to achieve this goal. Our support includes:

  • Connecting you with colleagues from across King’s.
  • Providing one-to-one support, including regular catch-ups and reflective meetings.
  • Providing guidance on funding and budgeting.
  • Providing logistical support, such as booking rooms for your events.
  • Helping you to continuously evaluate your initiative.

What does it mean to belong at King’s?

Belonging at King’s is not just a feeling, but a reality that is shaped by the actions and attitudes of everyone in the King’s community.

We want you to feel happy and proud to be part of a community where we share our failures as well as our achievements, and feel comfortable to be ourselves.

This shared sense of belonging will help us as a community to continue making the world a better place.
