David Joseph KC will provide a comprehensive exploration of critical aspects of international arbitration, offering insights into the challenges that international arbitration currently faces. Drawing from his extensive expertise, the speaker will examine four pivotal areas of arbitration practice. First, the requirements for the constitution of an impartial and independent tribunal. Second, a practical examination of the most common procedural directions encountered in arbitration, providing practitioners with valuable strategic insights. Third, a focused discussion on document production, unpacking the complexities and best practices in managing evidentiary processes. Fourth, offering a strategic overview of merits hearings and award enforcement mechanisms.
