About the Institution
Korea University International Summer Campus (KU ISC) provides an excellent opportunity for students to learn about Korea through academic and cultural immersion during the summer months. It offers one semester's load of work condensed into six weeks and four weeks, during which renowned academics teach both domestic and international students. This program is open to current college students who wish to study in Korea but may not be able to do so during the regular academic year.
Who can apply?
Korea University International Summer Campus is open to undergraduate students only. Postgraduate taught and postgraduate research students are excluded from this offer.

Programme dates
Korea University are still confirming the summer program dates. The dates below refer to summer 2025 and will be updated once details of the program have been finalised. KU ISC have 2 separate sessions over 4 and 6 weeks, and will run on the following dates: Session I (4 Week) : Saturday 28th June 2025 - Friday 25th July 2025 Session II (6 Week): Saturday 28th June 2025 - Thursday 7th August 2025
Application deadlines
If you wish to apply for a place at Korea University International Summer Campus, you will need to submit your Global Summer Exchange application by 11:59pm on Monday 16th February 2026. If your application is successful, you will be provided with information on how to apply directly to Korea University, once your nomination has been confirmed with the university.
What are the costs?
There are no fees associated with the KU ISC programme, however, students who are successful in their application will receive a tuition fee waiver, but will be responsible for all other costs, including, flights, accommodation, visas, health/medical insurance (if compulsory) and living expenses.
Accommodation
On and off campus accommodation is available. Please note, as per the notice by the Korean Government, all students who stay in on-campus accommodation, are required to submit a proof of vaccine confirmation for the first and second dose of measles vaccination. There will be no exceptions to this requirement. More information can be found in the links below.

Eligibility, Exclusions & Restrictions
Students staying in on-campus housing should note the following: Submit original or copy of measles vaccine confirmation (both first and second dose) when checking-in. If a vaccine confirmation is not submitted, you will not be able to check-in. If you are unable to arrange to receive a measles vaccine before the check-in date, you will be required to cancel your dormitory application ahead of time (for full refund), and arrange your own accommodation outside of campus.

Actual expenses may vary depending on student lifestyle. The cost of travel to and from the country is not included in these estimates.
