More information on the UCAS embargoEnrolled students can come to a campus drop-ins. Please bear in mind that these are quick sessions that might need further follow-up. To support comfort and wellbeing, drop-ins will take place with interview pod doors open to improve ventilation. If you would prefer a different arrangement, including a pre-booked online appointment or an appointment at another location, please let us know by emailing advice@kcl.ac.uk. Mondays 13.00–15.00 Wednesdays 13.00–15.00 Drop-in sessions take place in the Strand Student Centre on Floor 4, Bush House North West.

We run multiple workshops throughout the year, for current students and offer holders. These pages are updated regularly, with details of upcoming events. If you are starting King’s in September 2026, we are holding a Student Visa Application Tutorial for offer holders online on 27 August. Please see below to sign up. If you hold an offer for the International Foundation Programme and are due to join King’s in September 2026, we are running workshops on 6 August. For more information, see the offer holder page below. If you are visiting King’s as an elective student, we run workshops on securing your arrival every couple of months. These sessions cover applying for a Visit visa, occupational health and DBS checks, as well as an FAQ with the programme team. The next workshop will be held on Monday 28 September.
