The main focus of the Systems Cancer Immunology (SCI) group is the role of immune system in the development of Myeloid Malignancies. We use cytometry (i.e CyTOF) and OMICS such as single cell RNA sequencing to identify specific immune signatures for the prediction of disease progression and response to treatments.
