Equipped with a Yokogawa CSU-W1 dual-disk scan head, high-speed and low-phototoxicity confocal imaging is possible. In the SoRa mode, a resolution improvement of 1.4x, compared to widefield imaging, is achievable, increasing to 2x with deconvolution (XY resolution of 120 nm). Imaging depths of 50–100 μm are recommended.

Microscope body: Eclipse Ti-2 inverted microscope.

Imaging System: CSU-W1 dual disk, 25 µm confocal fluorescence disk & 50 µm SoRa super-resolution disk, 2 x Photometrics Prime 95B sCMOS cameras. SoRa magnification changer 1x, 2.8x, 4x.

Objectives: CFI Plan Apochromat VC 20X, CFI Plan Apochromat Lambda S25xC Sil, CFI Plan Apochromat Lambda 40XC, CFI Plan Apochromat Lambda S40XC Sil, CFI Apochromat LWD Lambda S 40XC WI, CFI Plan Apochromat VC 60X WI, CFI Apochromat TIRF 60XC Oil, CFI SR HP Apochromat TIRF 100XAC Oil.
