The MultiMode 8 is equipped with an E scanner or J scanner (with heater) and uses the PeakForce Tapping to extract information on nanomechanical properties including modulus, adhesion, deformation, and dissipation of the sample.
The Multimode 8 is able to imagine samples using the following modesModes:
- PeakForce Tapping (air/liquid)
- ScanAsyst
- Quantitative Nanomechanical Mapping (QNM)
- Contact mode(air/liquid)
- Tapping mode (air/liquid)
