A state-of-the-art instrument for protein structural biology
The 800 MHz NMR spectrometer, installed in 2018, is the highest field instrument in the NMR Facility and is equipped with a helium cooled TCI cryoprobe (1H/13C/15N) with z-gradients and a state-of-the-art Bruker Avance NEO console. It offers the highest resolution and sensitivity of the facility’s instruments and is capable of performing a full suite of modern protein structural biology experiments to determine the structure and dynamics of proteins in solution.
