Dr Yaqiong Liu is a postdoctoral research associate in Sangrithi lab based in the Centre for Gene Therapy and Regenerative Medicine. Dr Yaqiong Liu gained her DPhil in Gynecology and Obsterics from University of Oxford. She was previous qualified as a medical doctor in China and then obtained a Master of Research degree from the University of Nottingham. Her research interests are reproductive biology, fertility, and reproductive assisted technology. She is now working with Dr Sangrithi to investigate the inactivation and reactivation of X-chromosome in embryonic gonad development.
