Viorica supports the development and running of a suite of research grants within the School of Global Affairs (SGA), providing financial, operational, and strategic support.

Her responsibilities include:

• Supports the delivery and development of research programmes within the school.
• Manages research budgets in SGA in compliance with university and funding bodies financial policies and regulations.
• Leads in the co-ordination of bids to funding bodies for research grants and PhD studentships.
• Supports the recruitment and other HR processes ensuring compliance with internal regulations and policies.
