Biography

Valerie is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Chemistry, King's College London, under the supervision of Dr Maria Sanz and Dr Andre Cobb. Prior to her current project, she obtained a BSc in Chemistry at King’s College London.

Valerie is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Institute of Physics.

Research interests

Her research focuses on synthesising secondary organic aerosol (SOA) precursors, then analyse them using rotational spectroscopy, in order to investigate how they interact with other small molecules in the gas phase.
