Tessa Mo is the CRM Onboarding and Data Manager at King's Business School. She delivers training and supports the continuous development of King's CRM tool, in alignment with King's vision to manage relationships professionally and efficiently. She works closely with colleagues to establish standard processes and best practice, as well as adopting new functionalities to maximise stakeholder engagement.
