Biography

Soshana Fearn is a Project Manager in the Faculty of Social Science and Public Policy.

Prior to joining the Faculty’s Strategic Projects team, Soshana worked in programme administration and digital education.

As a member of the Faculty’s Strategic Projects team, she is responsible for working across the faculty, its schools and its departments in the planning, monitoring and delivery of projects related to the Faculty’s ambitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake day-to-day management of the SSPP project portfolio
  • Manage multiple key SSPP strategic and education projects
  • Work with a variety of colleagues across the faculty, including Heads of School, Associate Director Education, Heads of Department and Heads of School Administration, ensuring engagement and collaboration in projects
  • Maintain the Strategic Projects Portfolio and Pipeline, presenting this at monthly Strategic Project meetings with the Executive Dean and the Director of Operations
  • Support the Head of Strategic Projects in implementing a project management framework for the faculty
