Shayon is responsible for the leadership and management of department operations to ensure a high quality, professional administrative service and the efficient day-to-day running of the Department of Mathematics. Her role includes,

• • Leading and managing the professional services team
  • Developing strategies and initiatives to improve support to Head of Department, academic staff and students
  • Ensuring a robust department level infrastructure for teaching and research
  • Providing advice and assistance to ensure effective completion and compliance with regulations and policy
