Shannon is an Electron Microscopy Specialist at the Centre for Ultrastructural Imaging, King's College London, a role he has held since May 2023. With over a decade of experience in the physical sciences, he specialises in materials characterisation, electron microscopy, and Earth and planetary sciences. In particular, understanding of the processes that shaped the formation of the Solar System and terrestrial planets.
