Biography
Dr Sarah Morgan leads a research group which focuses on developing AI and data science approaches to better understand and predict mental health. To that end, the group uses a range of methods from machine learning, network science and Natural Language Processing.
Dr Morgan holds a PhD in theoretical Physics from the University of Cambridge, which focused on open quantum dynamics in biological and organic systems. Prior to her PhD, she completed a Master’s degree in Physics at the University of Exeter.
Dr Morgan is a UKRI Future Leaders Fellow and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
