Biography
Dr Ran Yan obtained his PhD in Organic Chemistry at the University of Reading in 2006. He carried out postdoctoral research at Newcastle University and University College London before moving to the School of Biomedical Engineering and Imaging Sciences, King’s College London. His research interest is in the area of developing novel multicomponent radiochemistry, discovery of multimodality imaging reagents for cell tracking, cancer PET imaging and fluorescence-guided surgery, and 18F-labelled molecular probes for Oxidative Stress PET imaging.
