Biography

I am a Research Fellow at King’s College, London. The work of the Cancer Genetics team focusses on acute myeloid leukaemia and the development of molecular diagnostics and molecularly targeted therapies. We lead molecular disease monitoring for the UK NCRI AML trials, VICTOR trial and BlinAML studies. The primary focus of this work is to use molecular disease monitoring to guide therapy. I have a specific research interest in sub-clonal genetic heterogeneity at a single cell level which exists in both the bulk leukaemia and leukaemic stem cells and how and why this impacts leukaemogenesis and response to treatment.
