Milena Wuerth

Research Assistant

Biography

Milena joined King’s College London in January 2022 as a Research Assistant on the Together to Transform project to develop a social paradigm for global mental health with researchers and community practitioners around the world. She now works with Dr Jayati Das-Munshi on the Social and Economic Predictors for the course and prognosis of severe Mental Disorders (SEP-MD) project, linking CRIS medical records with Census data. Both projects are affiliated with the ESRC Centre for Society and Mental Health.

Milena holds a BA in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics and is currently pursuing a MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Her research interests include the social aspects of mental health and socioeconomic disparities in health outcomes.
