Biography

Martin joined King's as an undergraduate student, returning to complete his PhD and subsequent post-doc and researcher positions on a fellowship.

He then moved to the Medical Research Council (part of UKRI), before rejoining King's Research Management and Innovation Directorate (RMID). Starting as the Research Development Manager for International and Global Partnerships, he now leads the centralised Research Culture team to enact positive Research Culture change at a college-wide and sector level.

Martin is also a co-applicant on the Wellcome-funded 'Inclusion as a norm at King's' (INKLUDE) project.
