Biography
I completed a bachelor’s degree in Economics as well as an MSc in Economics and Statistics before returning to university in 2018 to complete an MSc in Psychology at Birkbeck. I graduated with Distinction in 2020.
Research interests
Title: Autism symptoms in adulthood following severe deprivation in childhood
My PhD project investigates the potential lingering effects of exposure to early deprivation into adulthood with a focus on autism symptoms, using data from the English-Romanian adoptees (ERA) longitudinal research study. This project is supervised by Professor Edmund Sonuga-Barke, Dr Ted Barker, and Dr Mark Kennedy.
