Maggie Cooper is the PET Chemistry Operations Manager for the Positron Emitting Radiopharmaceutical Laboratory. She is responsible for smooth operation of the facility which produces radiotracers for patients having scans in the PET Imaging Centre, and for the development of novel tracers for use in research studies.

Maggie has been a radiopharmacist for more than 25 years with a vast amount of experience in the field, and in particular in manufacturing radiopharmaceuticals to GMP. She is also secretary of the UK Radiopharmacy Group. Maggie's main research interests are in the area of radiolabelling antibodies and peptides for imaging and therapy.
