Biography
Dr Madeline Polmear is an Academic Education Pathway Lecturer in Engineering Education at King’s College London where she teaches the Introduction to Engineering module in the International Foundation Programme.
Madeline previously worked as a Marie Sklodowska-Curie, EUTOPIA Science & Innovation Cofund Fellow at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium and as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Florida, USA. She received her PhD in Civil Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder, USA.
Madeline serves on the editorial board for the Journal of Engineering Education and on the steering committees for the Ethics and Capacity Building special interest groups of the European Society for Engineering Education (SEFI).
