Biography

Dr. Liucheng Guo is an RAEng Industrial Fellow and Visiting Senior Research Fellow at King’s College London, esteemed for his innovation in artificial intelligence, particularly in crafting advanced Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) for use in the automotive, healthcare, and VR/AR sectors.

With his Ph.D. from Imperial College London in AI hardware and software, Dr. Guo has distinguished himself not only in academic circles but also as an industry pioneer, demonstrated by his co-founded award-winning start-up TG0, the attainment of 7 patent groups, and authorship of 17 papers. Dr.Guo’s contributions have been recognised with significant funding awards from entities like InnovateUK, UKRI or EIC, including a smart grant and a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP), and through his receipt of the RAEng Visiting Professorship and SME Leader awards.

Dr. Guo is now Fellows of the British Computer Society (BCS) and the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), reflecting his commitment to confronting the forefront of technology's challenges. His efforts are marked by a dedication to bridging the gap between research and practical application, driving forward the integration of AI into daily life and industry practices with a focus on sustainable, user-centric design.
