Biography

Dr Lisa H. Anders is Lecturer in German & European Politics / DAAD Fachlektorin. Her work focuses on the German political system, EU responses to democratic backsliding in EU member states, European (dis)integration and the politicisation of the EU.

Prior to joining King’s, Lisa worked at the University of Leipzig and the University of Potsdam. She holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Leipzig and a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the Humboldt University of Berlin.

Lisa is a speaker of the Standing Group on European Studies and Comparative Regionalism is a research group of the German Political Science Association (DVPW).
