Biography
Before coming to King's, I worked for International Crisis Group and was a Postdoctoral Prize Research Fellow at Nuffield College. I completed my PhD in politics at Princeton.
Research
My research concerns the relationship between identities, networks, and mobilisation. I examine state-society connections, processes of urbanisation, and revolutions and civil wars, primarily in the Arab world.
