Biography
Joshua Brian is a community ecologist who has particular interests in biological invasions and symbiosis (especially host-parasite interactions). He is working with Dr Jane Catford on the AlienImpacts project, with the aim of understanding and predicting plant invasion dynamics.
Before moving to King's, he completed a PhD in Aquatic Ecology at the University of Cambridge, and a Master's in Marine Biology at Victoria University of Wellington.
Research
- Community assembly and dynamics
- Host-parasite and other multi-trophic interactions
- Biological invasions
