Nan is a PhD student, a recipient of the King’s China Scholarship Programme, and entered Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery & Palliative Care at King's College London in 2023.

She successfully obtained BSc degree of Nursing in 2019 at Zhengzhou University and MSc degree of Nursing in 2023 at Central South University in China.

She focuses on promoting the health of older people. Her research interests include healthy aging, sarcopenia, physical exercise, and complex intervention.
