Biography

Haya Abu Ghazaleh is a Lecturer in Nursing Education in the Department of Adult Nursing. Before joining King’s in October 2016, she was an Assistant Professor at the American University of the Middle East (AUM) in Kuwait.

Haya holds a BSc and PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Bristol and received an MRes in Clinical Research from King’s College London.

Her research interests include the development of m-health interventions for smoking cessation in smokers with diabetes. Other research interests include examining the impact of insulin-induced lipohypertrophy on diabetes outcomes.
