Biography

Hao Song is a PhD student in Banking and Finance department, King's Business School. Concurrently, he also serves as a research assistant in the Qatar Centre for Global Banking and Finance (QCGBF). Hao's research interests lie in asset management, sustainable finance and big data in finance. His research is fully funded by QCGBF doctoral research studentship.
Before joining King's, he received a MSc degree in Finance, Technology and Policy with distinction from the University of Edinburgh (2020), where he was the winner of Business School of Academic Excellence for MSc Fintech. In addition, he holds a MSc degree in International Financial Analysis with distinction from the University of Glasgow (2019) and was awarded the Adam Smith Scholar Award for Academic Excellence during his studies.
