Research Assistant - DAISIES Project
Biography
Hannah joined KCL in 2021 as a Research Assistant on the DAISIES trial, a randomised controlled trial comparing inpatient treatment-as-usual to a stepped care day patient treatment approach for people with severe anorexia nervosa.
Prior to joining the Eating Disorders Research Group, Hannahcompleted her Education Mental Health Practitioner training at KCL and worked for Lewisham Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), under the South London and Maudsley Trust, in one of their Mental Health Support Team in Schools (2020-2021).
She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology (BSc with a professional placement) from the University of Bath (2014-2018) and an MSc in Public Health from KCL (2018-2019).
Hannah also works as a Lived Experience Practitioner supporting on the Healthy London Partnership transformation of Eating Disorder services across London and as a Digital Helpline Volunteer for the charity Beat.
