Biography
Georgia is a Research Assistant in the Department of Nutritional Sciences, King's College London. She obtained her MSc Nutrition at King's College London, during which she conducted a mixed methods evaluation of a culinary education programme in England. She is currently conducting further research into the effectiveness of culinary education programmes and is working on sustainable menu development as part of the One King's Impact project: 'Root-to-Tip' Research topics: behavioural and psychosocial determinants of food behaviours; culinary nutrition.
