George is Communications Manager for King’s Climate & Sustainability (KCS), a cross-university drive to rapidly scale our response to the climate emergency through our research, education, operations and action. His role is to develop and oversee the communications strategy for KCS, manage the communications channels, amplify sustainability stories from across King’s and support the delivery of internal and external events and campaigns.

Prior to joining King's, George was Communications Manager for two multi-million pound climate research programmes at the University of Oxford. He was formerly Policy & Programme Officer in the President's Office at Imperial College London, where he managed the Imperial Policy Forum and led communications for the university's Transition to Zero Pollution initiative.

George graduated with a BA in Languages and Contemporary European Studies from the University of Southampton and an MA in International Security from the University of Sussex.
