Frank Rose currently serves as the Principal Deputy Administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration at the Department of Energy. 

Previously he served as the Assistant Secretary of State for Verification, Compliance, and Implementation from December 2014 to January 2017. Since 2018, was a senior fellow and the co-director of the Center for Security, Strategy, and Technology in the Foreign Policy program at the Brookings Institution
