Biography

Dr Erika Castrignanò is the Principal Analyst at the Drug Control Centre (DCC), within King’s Forensics. She has interdisciplinary expertise in analytical chemistry and toxicology applied to the anti-doping, forensic and environmental fields with extensive knowledge on mass spectrometry (MS). She holds a PhD in Chemistry and she is Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA). She is author of over 31 peer-reviewed research articles in highly ranked international journals and she has consistently presented her research at top international conferences and trans-European networking meetings.
