Biography
Emma holds a first-class BSc Sports and Exercise Science degree from Nottingham Trent University. Her love of sport and competition stems from her years of competitive swimming.
Her degree sparked her interest in working in athletic environments and is enjoying working alongside the strength and conditioning coaches to improve sports performance. She is particularly passionate about encouraging females to take part in sport and exercise to develop their strength and confidence.
