Working Title of Thesis: "Compositional Change: evolution of the worker’s on-the-job performance (a task-based approach)"
Elodie holds a Master degree in Economics from the Paris School of Economics, and BA degree in Economics from the Aix-Marseille University. Prior to joining King’s College London, Elodie worked as a Consultant at The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development in Paris in the Science, Technology and Innovation department, under the supervision of Mariagrazia Squicciarini.
She worked as part of the Economic, Analysis and Statistics research team on estimating the monetary cost of the training needed to move workers displaced by automation across occupations.
Elodie’s research interests are in the areas of labour economics, automation, productivity and tasks/skills.
