Biography

As someone who has always loved being active, the fitness industry felt like a natural career progression for me. Whether that’s strength training, hiking, dance or running, you name it, I’ve probably tried it.

Having quite a competitive streak has led me to aspirations in the bodybuilding and functional fitness/hybrid training world of competitions and I hope to take home a title sometime soon.

As a coach I am passionate about unlocking hidden strengths across a range of different training styles, building confidence in and outside of the gym, and finding a unique path where gym goers can excel and achieve their goals.
