Biography
Diana is a researcher in the Department of Biostatistics & Health Informatics (BHI), King’s College London focusing on clinical prediction modelling, explainable AI, and survival analysis, as well as applications of such theories to mental and physical health outcomes.
Prior to that, Diana studied Mathematics and Probability Theory at Moscow State University and worked in the City until 2018, when she decided to pursue her interests in neuroscience and biostatistics. She gained an MSc in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health at King's College London and joined BHI as a PhD student in 2020. She was awarded a PhD in Biostatistics in 2023 for the thesis titled "Applications of prediction modelling and machine learning to the nexus of type 2 diabetes mellitus and severe mental illness".

Teaching:
Diana assisted with the development and delivery of the Prediction Modelling for the MSc course “Statistical Modelling and Health Informatics”, assisted with the Advanced Statistics, and Introduction to Python courses.
