Biography

Dan manages the Research Data Management service in Libraries & Collections, providing guidance to researchers throughout the research cycle, including support for writing Data Management Plans (DMPs) and managing the King’s research data repository, KORDS. He joined King’s in 2019, having worked in Research Support at the University of Cambridge and the Open University.

Areas of expertise

Ask him about data management planning, funder and publisher data polices, and data sharing.

Training

The Research Data Management team delivers the monthly training course, ‘LIB842 Managing your research data’, bookable on Skillsforge. Other training can be arranged on request.
