Biography

Dr Coskun Tarkocin is Head of Liquidity Optimisation for the HSBC Group. He has over 15 years of experience in Treasury and Risk Management. He has CFA® Charterholder and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) accreditation.

He has a BSc in Industrial Engineering , MA in Economics and PhD in Economics. He is Visiting Research Fellow at Qatar Centre for Global Banking & Finance at Kings College London. His research focuses on bank risk management, financial markets, liquidity management, treasury and financial stability.
