Clare Cremin is a Lecturer in Dietetics Education in the School of Life Course & Population Sciences. Before taking up this post, Clare worked as a specialist dietitian within a London teaching hospital. Her most recent area of clinical work was with patients with advanced Chronic Kidney Disease. She now builds capacity for dietetic practice based learning Placements across London. Development of simulation for Placement learning is now a particular area of interest.
