My expertise is in epigenetics and transcription and am a research associate in Prof Jo Spencer's lab. My work involves identification and establishment of distinct epigenetic landscapes in primary B-cell populations and determining their influence on transcriptional output of these cells. My studies involve use of a number of 'omics' datasets including ATACSeq, CUT&RUN/ChIPseq, RNAseq and studies of DNA methylation.
