The Unit’s Nicole Steils and Michela Tinelli from the London School of Economics today presented findings from a recent study on self-neglect and hoarding behaviour among older people to 14 senior managers and practitioners in adult social care and housing provision. This presentation was part of a series of presentations to sites involved in the research. The study explored service responses to answer the question ‘what works in practice?’
