The Unit’s Nicole Steils presented findings from the study ‘The factors supporting the retention of registered nurses in adult social care’ at the Social Care Research in NIHR Policy Research Units Webinar Series on 29 July 2024. Approximately 65 policymakers, stakeholders, practitioners and delegates from the public attended the webinar organised by the NIHR Policy Research Unit in Adult Social Care at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). The presentation was followed by a lively round of question and answers. The LSE series showcases work undertaken in Policy Research Units, and there were three additional presentations on the day.
