Taking on this new role at the Global Cultures Institute has been fantastically energizing. It’s already given me the chance to meet a range of talented colleagues from across King’s, and to discover more about the creative, thoughtful and ambitious projects of research through which they’re confronting questions vital to the ways in which we understand ourselves and our world. Within the institute, we have a wonderful opportunity to foster these projects and others like them, and to create a space in which we’re able to speak with, listen to and learn from one another.
