To mark OD's Staff wellbeing month we're hosting a series of in-person and online events to help your wellbeing. 

Sweat is a high-energy workout that caters all fitness levels.

This class combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats to fun, uplifting music.

You will feel re-energised and fabulous when leaving this class!

Location: Strand Gym - Studio 1. 

This event is only open to King's Staff.
