In this webinar delivered by International Journal of Social Science (ISSJ), we will delve into the complexities of scholarly writing and academic publishing. We shall discuss the fundamentals of peer-reviewing, from selecting the appropriate journal to harnessing effective writing strategies. We shall also highlight the intricacies of the submission process, including ways to handle constructive feedback and potential rejections. Finally, we will provide resources and answer questions so participants have more insight into crafting successful articles for peer-reviewed journals. In conclusion, our goal is to inspire those in attendance and equip them with the necessary tools to pursue their own publication journeys.

Baris is an Associate Professor of Criminology at the University of Lincoln. He is also Editor-in-Chief of the International Social Science Journal.

Dr Rowan Gard

Rowan is a Lecturer in Human Geography and Sustainability at King’s College London. She is also an Associate Editor of the International Social Science Journal.

Dr Lexi Webster

Lexi is Deputy Director of Digital Humanities at the University of Southampton. She is also an Associate Editor of the International Social Science Journal.
